Legal Assistants

The candidates should have at 2-5 years’ experience with Domestic Relations, Estate Planning, Guardianships and Civil litigation. Specific Qualifications include the ability to maintain legal files, drafting, filing and serving motions/pleadings under supervision of an attorney. Applicants must be able to multitask, set/follow priorities, adhere to deadlines, work independently, understand/utilize proofreading/editorial skills. Personal qualities preferred include initiative, creativity, discretion, diplomacy, communication/ problem solving skills, and organizational ability. Candidates with experience in Windows based programs, MS Word, Excel, and PcLaw will be given preference in employment.
