Duties

• Advise clients on matters related to community association, real estate, or construction law.
• Draft and review legal documents pertinent to real estate transactions and community associations.
• Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with a team to develop legal strategies and solutions.

Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of experience in community association, real estate, or construction law.
• Ambitious and high-energy professional ready to engage in complex legal matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
