A law firm seeks a Remote Litigation Associate - OC to join their team, available nationwide in any state where the firm maintains an office. This role focuses on employment-related litigation and requires a commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 4+ years of experience handling California employment litigation for Associate role consideration.
• 9+ years of relevant California experience for Of Counsel level consideration.
• Admitted to the CA state bar and compliance with all ethical requirements.
• Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the California State Bar.
