The candidate will gather necessary documents and evidence as well as any other relevant information related to the claim and negotiate a settlement offer. Work with the team to prepare demand letters and help to negotiate a settlement. Responsible for all aspects of the personal injury case. Evaluate the merits of a personal injury case. Provide guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication. Handle medical reviews and negotiate and settle cases as necessary. Open new files, create litigation plans, and conduct discovery. Trial experience is a plus. Bilingual Spanish skills would be a plus. SC and GA Bar admissions are required.
