Duties:

• Represent clients in environmental and energy-related legal matters.
• Handle permitting processes, regulatory compliance, diligence, and transactional issues in the energy and environmental sectors.
• Conduct litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Manage electronic discovery and other litigation-related tasks.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on environmental and energy regulations.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including briefs and motions.
• Stay current with developments in environmental and energy law and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience representing clients in environmental and energy matters.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of environmental and energy laws and regulations.
• Strong litigation skills, including handling depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Proficiency in electronic discovery and related litigation processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
