SALT Sales and Use Senior Associate
Duties: Provide excellent client service to multi-state companies with state and local tax issues including compliance, advisory services, planning, technology, and controversies. Ability to integrate with clients and the overall tax team to prepare sales and use compliance and provide state tax consulting, including nexus studies, technical research, exposure quantification, voluntary disclosures, audit defense, reverse sales tax audits, ASC 450 reviews and other state tax consulting. Responsible for managing a team of 2-4 SALT associates. Assist in planning and coordinating the flow of information with the client. Supervise, mentor and develop associates. Assist with the business development, management and delivery of sales and use tax services, and provide assistance and oversight on large client project engagements.
