Junior Partner for Immigration/PI firm expanding into FL must speak Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese

Brooks Law, P.C., a Boston based personal injury and immigration firm is expanding into the Miami, FL market.  We are looking for a FL partner to join our rapidly expanding law firm. Must speak Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese. Must be fully bilingual. Must be willing to travel to Boston location periodically. Must have some experience with immigration and/or a willingness to learn immigration. We will train the right candidate. Compensation will be a combination of base salary and profit share.

Daily responsibilities will include performing consultations with new prospective clients, speaking with current clients on the phone to update them about case status, working with paralegals to complete paperwork filings, attending court appearances, working with other attorneys within the firm on different types of cases, etc.  Primary practice area will be immigration with potential to do some personal injury work as well.  

We are a group of 5 attorneys with diverse backgrounds, multilingual, looking to enter the Miami market.  We have made a significant commitment to marketing in Miami (including print, social media, billboards, radio, TV) and have secured an office address in Miami, now we just need our Miami partner!
