Duties

• Collaborate with teams on transactional tax matters.
• Advise clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist in partnerships and joint ventures.
• Participate in private equity and fund formation.
• Engage in real estate transactions and investment trusts.
• Contribute to venture capital and financing transactions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in tax law and transactional practice.
• Preferred experience in tax, corporate, or transactional matters.

Education

• J.D. or LLM Class of 2026 or 2027.
