• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
• Federal Court experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

Skills

• Experience with Anti-Kickback Laws, False Claims Act, and Stark Law.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and other privacy laws.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing and related legal matters.
