Duties

• Manage all stages of litigation, including drafting demand letters, complaints, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Take and defend depositions, and attend hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Provide legal counsel to clients, keeping them informed throughout the litigation process.

• Work closely with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure thorough case preparation.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.

• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving justice for injured clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Georgia State Bar membership in good standing.
