Duties

• Draft legal documents and perform in-depth legal research.
• Represent clients during depositions and trial proceedings.
• Interact with clients to provide legal advice and updates.
• Collaborate with internal and external senior management, as well as other attorneys.
• Handle multiple matters independently with sound judgment and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal drafting and research.
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
• Experience with mid or large law firms in commercial litigation (preferred).
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar license.
