Duties

• Represent sponsors and investors in private investment funds.
• Complete fund formation and sponsor-level transactions.
• Manage secondary transactions involving limited partner or portfolio company interests.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in private investment fund formation.
• Experience in a corporate department of a national or international law firm preferred.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
