Duties

• Take and defend depositions effectively.
• Write dispositive motions and prepare for trials.
• Engage in PTAB proceedings and trade secret litigation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of patent litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Experience with trade secret and trademark litigation is a plus.

Education

• Background in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, life sciences, or related field preferred.

Certifications

• USPTO admission preferred but not required.
