Duties

• Provide trademark counseling and prosecution services.
• Handle trademark clearance and licensing matters.
• Manage enforcement actions, including cease and desist letters and TTAB actions.
• Engage in notice-and-takedown procedures and UDRP disputes.
• Participate in federal litigation related to trademarks.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of trademark experience.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, global workload.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Education

• J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Ohio.

Skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate issues.
