Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join its Corporate & Securities Practice Group in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3-12 years of experience in capital-raising transactions, securities regulation, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance. This role involves significant client contact and participation in all phases of transactional representation for domestic and international clients.

Duties

• Participate in representing clients in strategic transactions, including business combinations and restructurings.
• Represent clients in equity and debt financings during growth stages.
• Advise clients on inquiries from regulatory agencies and the business community.
• Perform client services and support duties as assigned by supervising Partner.
