Duties

• Advise investors and private fund sponsors on real estate investments, dispositions, and financing.
• Represent institutional asset managers and investors in acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings.
• Engage in drafting and negotiating complex real estate agreements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate investments.
• Experience with joint venture agreements, acquisitions, and financings.
• Large law firm experience is strongly preferred.
• Team-driven attitude and strong drafting skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
