Location:

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from initial intake through settlement or trial

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documents

• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings

• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and fellow attorneys to build strong cases

• Participate in internal professional development and firm-sponsored training programs

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing guidance and case updates

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, insurance defense, or related field

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and independently

• Demonstrated commitment to client-centered service

• Trial experience preferred but not required

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Illinois
