Program Manager- BMI

The candidate help lead projects and transformational process improvement initiatives in all facets of the legal work supporting company’s commercial transactions. Will be adept at helping keep projects organized and on track by using data and producing dashboards and reports, as well as by utilizing excellent communication skills to work with people at various levels of the Legal team and with business clients in Sales and Sales Ops, Commercial Finance and Cisco Operations. Help review and maintain legal templates, plan implementation roadmaps, develop training materials and change management announcements, and build creative and professional communications. Should preferably have 3-7 years of experience and Bachelor's Degree, JD preferred. Cisco or other large tech company experience a plus. Prior experience within Legal, Marketing, Contract or Operations organizations a plus. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills required, both at the peer and executive level. Should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Smartsheets and other productivity tools.
