Duties

• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Engage in motion practice, including preparation and argument.
• Manage and organize case files effectively.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Develop and discover expert witnesses.
• Assist in trial preparation and proceedings.
• Participate in business development activities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of business litigation experience preferred.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills necessary.
• Desire for client contact and hands-on litigation experience.
• Must be admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible).

Education
