Admission to New Jersey, New York, and/or Pennsylvania Bar is required. Must possess outstanding academic credentials, and strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently. Should have 2-4 years of gaming law, regulatory compliance, and licensing experience. A corporate transactional and/or finance background is a plus.
