Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Attorney to join its growing Proposition 65 practice in Seattle, WA. This non-partnership track position is part of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals.
• Produce high-quality work and respond to correspondence promptly.
• Meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Comply with firm policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality in a law firm environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admission to the California bar and the bar of the jurisdiction of residence (if not CA).
