Duties

• Litigate personal injury cases from complaint to resolution.
• Negotiate with defense counsel and insurance companies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, court, and trials.
• Advise clients and make a meaningful impact daily.

Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation experience, personal injury preferred.
• Trial experience is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, writing, and communication skills.
• California Bar license required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license.
