The candidate should have 5 years of experience in complex insurance, reinsurance, litigation and bad faith coverage. Must have superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills. Should have exceptional attention to detail. Must have strong organizational and time management skills. Should have J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials. Admission to the California Bar is required. Additional state bar admissions preferred.
