A law firm seeks a mid to senior-level Trial Attorney to join its warranty litigation practice in San Francisco, CA. The attorney will focus on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California bar and local to one of the firm's California offices.

Duties

• Defend clients in warranty litigation cases.
• Conduct trials and arbitrations, including opening statements and closing arguments.
• Engage in motion practice, depositions, and mediations.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Extensive trial and arbitration experience.
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
