Our Walnut Creek office is currently seeking an attorney to join our litigation practice. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about education, schools, cities, counties, and the other public entities that directly impact the lives of those in our California communities. Qualified candidates are team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong research and analysis backgrounds, and the ability to argue persuasively both orally and in writing; they are organized, detail-oriented, solution-driven, innovative, positive, proactive, and professional. Candidates must have five (5) to seven (7) years practicing as a litigation attorney. Experience in education law a plus.
