Requirements

• Three to five years of labor and employment litigation experience.
• Knowledge of federal and Massachusetts labor and employment laws.
• Admission to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Former experience as a federal court law clerk preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
