Duties

• Manage large caseloads and oversee case preparation for trial
• Provide legal risk assessments and counsel to business clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and support junior attorneys when necessary

Requirements

• Nine years of litigation experience with a focus on commercial disputes
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases independently
• Proven success in oral and written advocacy

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Utah, in good standing
