Duties

• Prepare for court appearances and depositions
• Manage file intake to resolution
• Participate in settlement conferences
• Conduct legal research and client correspondence
• Assess cases for liability, loss, and damages
• Manage client reporting, billing, and budgeting
• Draft and respond to discovery
• Conduct depositions
• Meet or exceed monthly billable hour goals
• Occasional travel

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
• Commercial litigation experience preferred
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Able to work collaboratively or independently

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• TX Bar License
