Duties:

• Handle complex insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters
• Advise clients on issues related to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic insights
• Draft high-quality legal documents, including memoranda, briefs, and motions
• Manage client relationships, providing expert guidance and representation
• Collaborate effectively with team members to develop legal strategies
• Participate in negotiation and settlement discussions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s legal practices and operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage issues
• Proven ability to handle high-stakes litigation matters
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Outstanding legal research and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical thinking

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice in NJ.
