Litigation Case Manager
The candidate will manage timelines and deadlines of assigned cases (Case types include mainly: Personal Injury and Criminal). Prepare Discovery responses and requests. Prepare legal pleadings. Meet with prospective new clients and existing clients, along with attorney. Identify issues and solve problems quickly. Communicate with clients, medical providers, courts, and other attorneys' offices. Prepare and submit correspondence. Enter detailed notes and keep cases updated. Positive attitude and a passion for helping people required. Excellent customer service skills required. Strong written and oral communication skills required. Ability to work as a part of a team required. Excellent organization skills required. Punctual and Reliable required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn programs quickly required. 2+ years experience preferred. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
