A law firm is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney for their Newark office. The attorney will handle a variety of complex commercial litigation matters and provide legal support to clients in the resolution of business disputes.

Job Details:

• Strong academic background required.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills necessary for drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar required, additional admission in New York is a plus.

Experience:

3-6 years of experience preferred in handling business litigation matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar, with additional admission in New York preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research methods and resources.
• Strong oral advocacy skills for court appearances and client meetings.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with case management and litigation procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships and working effectively within a team.
