Job Overview:
A respected law firm in Florida is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Estate Planning and General Business Law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career attorney to gain hands-on experience and mentorship from a collaborative and experienced legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing estate plans, advising on business matters, and supporting entity formation and succession planning efforts.

Location:

• Bradenton, FL

Duties:

• Assist in the development of family estate and business succession plans

• Draft wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents

• Support entity creation and governance, including operating and shareholder agreements

• Provide legal counseling to small and mid-sized businesses

• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys across estate planning and business law matters

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of legal experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

• Excellent drafting and analytical skills

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently

• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills

• Motivated to learn and grow within a collaborative environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admitted or pending admission to The Florida Bar

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities

• Ability to interpret and draft legal documents clearly and accurately
