Duties:

• Draft, negotiate, and review real estate contracts, leases, and related agreements

• Manage and assist with residential and commercial closings

• Analyze title reports, surveys, zoning, and land use matters

• Coordinate with clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies

• Provide legal guidance on condominium and subdivision development

• Support matters involving land use, finance, and construction

• Work collaboratively with attorneys and professionals across various departments

• Maintain high standards of professional conduct and confidentiality

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of legal practice in real estate or related transactional fields

• Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility and willingness to sit for the exam shortly)

• Strong client-service orientation and interpersonal skills

• Excellent drafting and verbal communication abilities

• Demonstrated capacity for critical analysis and legal problem-solving

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent matters

• Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar membership or eligibility required
