Duties

Requirements

• Current admission to the California State Bar.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience, including defending tort claims.
• Experience in preparing pleadings and drafting motions.
• Proficiency in arguing motions and attending mediations preferred.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
