Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Draft persuasive law and motion documents to maximize case value

• Manage and handle a significant caseload in the area of personal injury and civil litigation

• Negotiate and finalize case settlements

• Participate in trial and arbitration proceedings

• Conduct legal research, analyze complex fact patterns, and determine liability

• Review demands, complaints, discovery responses, and meet-and-confer letters

• Communicate legal strategy and updates with clients

• Collaborate with legal team and provide guidance where needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense side)

• Experience in all phases of litigation, including trial and arbitration

• Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

• Excellent negotiation and client communication skills

• Team-focused with a proactive and positive approach

• Familiarity with legal software (e.g., Casepeer) preferred

• Spanish bilingual skills are a significant plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

• Post-bar candidates may be considered

Skills:
