Duties:

• Represent clients in civil district and superior courts through regular courtroom appearances
• Manage litigation cases from inception to trial, ensuring thorough preparation and client advocacy
• Negotiate personal injury settlements on behalf of clients, striving to achieve optimal outcomes
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while working within a collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients, demonstrating empathy and dedication to their needs

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of hands-on litigation experience.
• Strong courtroom experience, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent client service and legal representation
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
