Duties

• Conduct focused legal research and draft memoranda.

Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
• Strong advocacy skills and ability to perform legal research.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.

Skills

• Self-starter with strong advocacy skills.
