Associate Attorney – Transactional
The candidate will draft and negotiate the full suite of transactional, procurement, and deal documents for projects and related transactions, including requests for qualifications and proposals, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, operating agreements, loan documents, options, covenants, access agreements, construction documents, power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, and other transactional documents. Engage with multiple industry sectors, project, and deal structures reflecting the Firm’s unique approach to advising clients, including: renewable energy, storage, and transmission projects; road, bridge, tunnel, autonomous vehicle, transit and rail projects; real estate and public facility development, and complex airport development projects, including airport terminals, air cargo facilities, consolidated rental car facilities, vertiports, and other aeronautical and non-aeronautical development. Explore and present unique solutions to some of our clients’ most complex problems. Showing academic excellence and leadership, having achieved a law degree from an accredited law school is required. Should have 2-10 years of relevant transactional law experience in real estate, construction, project finance or energy law. Should have prior experience with renewable energy or transmission projects, commercial real estate, urban redevelopment, infrastructure, public-private partnership and design-build contracting, airports, rail and transit, and/or construction law. Should be admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction (Colorado, New York, or California preferred).
