Duties

• Draft and negotiate construction contracts and EPC contracts.
• Manage alternative delivery documents and supply agreements.
• Oversee purchase of goods contracts and service agreements.
• Handle engineering and consulting agreements.
• Engage in a variety of contracts for major energy and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Four to six years of construction-related contract transactional experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Robust academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Colorado or eligibility to waive in.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
