Duties

• Draft and negotiate construction contracts and EPC contracts.
• Prepare alternative delivery documents and supply agreements.
• Handle purchase of goods contracts and service agreements.
• Manage engineering and consulting agreements.
• Work on contracts for major energy and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience.

• Solid academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Colorado or eligibility to waive in.
