Duties

• Assist in managing cases from inception to resolution, including legal research and drafting pleadings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents such as briefs and motions.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop case strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on legal precedents.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance legal skills.
• Engage in pro bono work to provide legal assistance to underserved communities.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of strong litigation experience across various practices.
• Law firm experience is required.
• Federal court clerkship is a plus.
