Duties

• Represent clients in senior mortgage loans, construction loans, and mezzanine financing.
• Manage preferred debt and equity investments, and A-Note and co-lender transactions.
• First chair transactions and run deals with team support.
• Draft and negotiate complex financial documents.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• 4th through 8th year associate class experience.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Motivated to lead transactions independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
