Duties:

• Manage a select docket of severe personal injury cases involving spinal trauma, brain injury, amputations, and wrongful death

• Develop litigation strategies through detailed analysis, legal research, and collaboration with expert consultants

• Conduct and oversee discovery, depositions, and court filings with precision and foresight

• Participate in mediation, arbitration, and courtroom proceedings as an advocate for injured clients

• Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and legal briefs

• Maintain continuous and compassionate communication with clients throughout the legal process

• Partner with senior trial attorneys to build compelling arguments and execute winning trial strategies

• Collaborate closely with litigation teams to ensure thorough preparation and superior execution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury, medical negligence, or defective product claims

• Proven ability to handle high-stakes cases requiring analytical depth and emotional intelligence

• Demonstrated success in developing strategy and arguing complex motions

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to guide and reassure clients in distress

• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced legal team setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona
