Duties

• Represent injured plaintiffs in personal injury, catastrophic injury, and negligence cases.

• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and coordinate with medical and liability experts.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; take and defend depositions.

• Manage negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.

• Support trial teams with witness preparation, evidentiary issues, and courtroom work.

• Maintain strong client communication and guide clients through the litigation process.

Requirements

• 1–10+ years of plaintiff personal injury or related litigation experience.

• Background in transportation accidents, premises liability, or catastrophic injury matters preferred.

• Strong advocacy, writing, and oral argument skills.

• Ability to manage active caseloads and tight deadlines.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
