McLean office of our client seeks senior patent prosecution associate attorney with 5+ years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution. The candidate will serve in the day-to-day management of substantial patent portfolios. Will have direct interaction with patent prosecution clients and provide strategic counseling. Draft and prosecute patent applications; and supervise patent drafting and prosecution work of team members. Should have significant experience managing patent prosecution portfolios. Must hold an engineering degree and strong technical background in electrical, computer, and/or mechanical art; and be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
