Duties

• Draft and negotiate real estate and financing documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan agreements.
• Engage in transactions involving hotels, resorts, and other property types.
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients.

Requirements

• 2nd-4th year associate with relevant experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint ventures is a plus.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
