Unique opportunity available for an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant who would enjoy working 25-30 hours/week. Our client is seeking an experienced high energy Assistant with outstanding organizational skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office. This individual will manage a wide variety of personal business matters for the Executive and their family. Types of responsibilities will encompass scheduling appointments and meetings, calendar and travel along with many administrative details including car/home/vehicle registrations, warranties and insurances, household staff payroll. Position is based in a corporate office in the Ypsilanti, Belleville, Canton region. $25-$30/hr.
