The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing gaming license applications, conducting research on gaming statutes and regulations, and drafting various legal documents. The position requires 2-4 years of gaming law, regulatory licensing, and corporate experience, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

Duties:

• Prepare gaming license applications for corporate and individual applicants.
• Research and analyze gaming licensing statutes and regulations.
• Review and analyze corporate and financial documents.
• Draft and review commercial and corporate documents, including contracts, license agreements, and corporate governance documents.
• Draft petitions and administrative filings for presentation to regulatory agencies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

• J.D. is required, along with admission to the New Jersey, New York, and/or Pennsylvania Bar.
• 2-4 years of gaming law, regulatory licensing, and corporate experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance documents.
• Regulatory experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
