• Analyze financial records and develop litigation strategies
• Collaborate with legal teams on case preparation and issue evaluation
• Communicate with clients regarding case status, risks, and legal recommendations
• Manage a litigation docket with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 4 years of bankruptcy-focused litigation experience
• Strong understanding of Chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy procedures
• Experience with bankruptcy court rules and adversary proceedings
• Excellent written and verbal advocacy abilities
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active state bar membership in good standing
