We’re hiring an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a high-functioning litigation team in Dallas. This role is built for someone who takes real ownership of their cases, operates with urgency, and brings the level of precision that keeps litigation moving forward without friction.

You will work closely with lead litigation attorneys on commercial disputes, contract claims, business torts, and related matters, supporting every phase of the litigation lifecycle from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation.

What You’ll Own

• Manage and maintain active commercial litigation files from inception through resolution
• Draft, format, proofread, and finalize correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and court filings
• Coordinate and calendar all deadlines, hearings, depositions, and court appearances using docketing systems
• Assist with document review, organization, and production in response to discovery obligations
• Prepare and organize trial binders, exhibit lists, deposition summaries, and witness files
• E-file documents in Texas state courts and the Northern District of Texas federal court
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
• Support attorneys with legal research, cite-checking, and factual development as directed

What Strong Candidates Bring

• 6+ years of paralegal or litigation support experience in a law firm setting
• Commercial litigation experience strongly preferred; plaintiff or defense considered
• Strong command of Texas state court rules and federal court procedures
• Experience with e-filing in state and federal court (ECF/CM required)
• Expert-level document preparation, proofreading, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple active files and competing deadlines without dropping the ball
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and legal technology platforms (Clio, iManage, NetDocuments, or similar)
• Paralegal certificate or relevant undergraduate degree preferred
